Penne Alfredo with Grilled Chicken and Broccoli
There’s something wonderfully comforting about a bowl of creamy penne Alfredo, especially when it’s paired with tender grilled chicken and bright, crisp broccoli. It’s one of those simple, heartwarming meals that feels a little bit elegant without being fussy, the kind you can serve for a special occasion or a quiet evening at home. This dish came together beautifully for our dinner event, and now you can enjoy the same cozy, crowd-pleasing goodness right from your own kitchen.

1. Grill The Chicken
-
Grill the chicken breasts on the BBQ until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Slice into thin strips, cover, and set aside to keep warm.

2. Prepare the Broccoli
Steam or parboil the broccoli until tender-crisp, then drain well.

3. Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the penne until al dente. Drain and return to the pot.

4. Bring it All Together
Stir the cooked penne with a jar of Classico Alfredo sauce (a simple, budget-friendly choice). Mix in the chicken and broccoli or, for a beautiful presentation, pour the creamy pasta onto a serving platter and arrange the chicken and broccoli on top.

For our large gathering, we used:
• 10 bags (900g each) of penne pasta
• 48 chicken breasts
• 24 jars (600ml) of Classico Alfredo sauce
• 1 case of fresh broccoli crowns
Perfect quantities for feeding a joyful crowd with ease.
